Online Lighting purchase Return/ Refund Policy

All orders are final. A restocking fee of 30% will be subject if the order should you decide to return the product for anything other than wrong size, style, color, or manufacture defect, of which Ironcad will repair or replace at no charge. All items that are returned must be approved by Ironcad Ltd. No Cash refunds will be made. Ironcad Credit will be applied to all items that are returned in good condition. All returns must be received by Ironcad within 30 days of receipt of original order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is calculated by weight and is not included in the listed price. Shipping is added to your total on checkout. Orders take 6-10 weeks to build. All of our products are custom-made to our customers specifications. Larger orders can take longer. Please contact us for special instructions.
